Graduation
Candidates who have earned over 140 credits and have fulfilled the requirements for general education and major credits.
A. Application
- 1) Period: The period set immediately before the last scheduled semester before graduation.
- 2) Method & Procedure: Fill out the Application for Graduation on the website → Review Content and Submit → Registry at the Department → Review by the Dean/Head of the Department → Graduation
B. Early Graduation
Students may graduate upon six or seven semesters if all the requirements for graduation are met, shorter than the general time span.
- 1) Requirements: Students who fulfill the requirements for graduation.
- 2) Application Period: The period set immediately before the last scheduled semester before graduation.
- 3) Method & Procedure: Fill out the Application for Early Graduation on the website → Review content and Submit → Registry at the Department → Review by the Dean/Head of the Department → Graduation
- 4) Eligibility: Students with GPA of A- (3.7) and over. However, subjects of punitive measures are ineligible. This stipulation is applied beginning with the Class of 2007.
C. Deferring Graduation
Graduation may be deferred after earning over 140 credits due to multiple majors/minors.
- 1) Application Period: The period set immediately before the last scheduled semester before graduation.
- 2) Method & Procedure: Fill out the Application for Deferral on the website → Review content and Submit → Registry at the Department → Review by the Dean/Head of the Department → Deferral of graduation
